In order to support the growth of the company and strengthen our customer base, we are looking for candidates with a strong scientific background (immunology) and a solid understanding of current preclinical research, both in vitro and in vivo, with a real appetite for sales development.

Directly related to the Sales manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the achievement of the sales targets for his/her portfolio of genOway engineered products into diverse international customers (Academic Research, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical) in line with the commercial strategy.

After a training period, you will be responsible for achieving your sales goals with a portfolio of international clients.

Main missions :

  • Present to customers the technological platform of genOway, the scientific performances of our models and applications

  • Support and advise customers in the research and the understanding of their scientific projects

  • Prepare prospection plans for potential targets and establish business relationships with prospects

  • Build the technical proposals with the help of the commercial teams and sign contracts with the identified prospects

  • Maintain & develop strong relationship with key customers & KOL references in conjunction with our Scientific Consulting & Project Management Teams

  • Prepare and participate to scientific congresses and events in line with the commercial strategy

  • Manage or contribute to internal projects related to marketing, communication and tools

  • PhD in Immuno Biology

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential;

  • Successful years in sales experience would be a plus

  • Dynamism, rigor and autonomy

  • Ability to listen and understand customer challenges/needs and to build a scientifically relevant solution with them

  • Scientific agility to interact with multidisciplinary scientific teams;

  • Result-driven and passion for selling with good negotiation skills;

  • Strong Interpersonal skills at all levels;

  • Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate;

  • Willing to travel worldwide (Europe, North-America, …)
